There has never been an issue with the finance aspect and The Llama Sanctuary can count on receiving a payout, on the dot, every week. > > **Cons**: At the moment, Zeffy lacks some of the refinements and tools that bespoke email platforms, event organisers and online stores can offer. The email creation element is still a bit crude and clunky and site navigation can be counter-intuitive (to me at least). > > Zeffy has been the major fundraising platform for The Llama Sanctuary since 2024 and it has made a huge difference to the administration. Previously, we used Mailchimp for email campaigns, Events for event booking and guided tours and separate fundraising platforms. All of that is now condensed into one entity making life so much easier and in the process, the amount of money saved in fees each year is enough to pay the feed bill for entire month\! Oh\! The interface is very user friendly, intuitive even, and extracting data from campaigns is quick and easy. With their new POS app that can be downloaded onto any phone, they’ve saved us the need to purchase a square reader: staff and volunteers can just download the app and begin scanning tickets or taking donations\! > > **Cons**: The product is still new so it doesn’t have quite as many features as other similar products.
