We have never had a prolonged delay getting answers to questions. We also love the ease-of-use for both the constituents and for the organization. Stripe makes the transactions seamless into deposits, but I’m paying $150 a month to pledge it, fees per donation to pledge it, and fees through stripe as well. The cost out weighs the benefits and I will not use this again. > > Customer service and function was great. Pricing is my only issue, and it’s unfortunate that the cost prices out smaller non profit organizations. It would be amazing to see different membership levels for different size organizations.
