We also use other FOUNDATION products like Vendrix for credit cards, WorkMax for time tracking, and HRHQ. Having everything connected makes a big difference. Credit card transactions flow into the system, field time from WorkMax ties into payroll and job costs, and HRHQ helps keep employee information organized. Tracking fuel purchases against equipment is very important for grading companies and it appears most places like to do it at the GL level instead of equipment level so it is nice that it works directly in the system. > > **Cons**: There is a large amount of inflexibility with Foundation. Custom reports are very limited and even though you capture a lot of information at all levels of operation there is not an easy to way to get the information you want. We also haven't seen a quality of life Software improvement in 7 years and it has largely stayed the same.
